The Coffee Party · Hospitality · 2024
A café brand you can wear off-shift
The Coffee Party wanted headwear that worked as staff uniform and as retail merchandise, without looking like either compromise.

Challenge
What the brief had to solve
- 01
Serve front-of-house staff and walk-in customers with the same collection.
- 02
Give the mascot a home on the hat without crowding the wordmark.
- 03
Offer three price and formality tiers from one production run.
Approach
How it was made
Tiering
Split the collection into forest green, two-tone and relaxed tan to cover shift wear and retail.
Technique
Used tonal white flat embroidery on one, 3D puff on another to differentiate tiers.
Placement
Moved the mascot to a side hit so the wordmark keeps the front panel.
Sampling
Full sample set approved on-site before the run.
