Hospitality merchandise and packaging programs

Hospitality programs at ViCES Studio bring packaging, uniforms, takeaway and guest-facing product into a single coordinated delivery for hotels, restaurants, bars and venues. Instead of a uniform supplier, a takeaway packaging supplier and a merchandise supplier working separately, one team specifies, samples and produces the whole guest touchpoint set.

How we approach it

A guest experiences a hospitality brand through a sequence of physical objects: what staff wear, what food and drink arrive in, what is handed over at the door and what leaves the building. When those come from different suppliers they drift apart in colour, stock and finish. Running them as one program keeps the palette, materials and decoration consistent.

Hospitality also imposes practical constraints that get specified up front — food-safe packaging where required, grease and moisture resistance, laundering and wear for uniforms, storage footprint behind a bar, and reorder cadence for a venue that cannot run out mid-service.

Questions

Hospitality programs: common questions

What does a hospitality program include?
Typically takeaway and service packaging, front and back of house uniforms, guest gifting, venue merchandise and printed collateral, designed as one system and produced together so colour, stock and finish match.
Can you meet food-safe and service requirements?
Yes. Food-safe packaging, grease and moisture resistance, laundering and wear requirements for uniforms and storage constraints behind a bar are written into the specification before sampling.
Do you work with new venue openings?
Yes. Opening programs cover packaging, uniforms, PR kits, invitations, signage and event execution as one delivery, timed to the opening date.
Can a venue reorder items individually?
Yes. Reorder quantities and cadence are agreed at delivery so consumable packaging and uniform stock can be topped up without re-running the whole program.
How long does a hospitality program take?
Most programs run four to eight weeks from approved design. Multi-item openings are sequenced so long-lead items start first.
