Custom packaging design and production
Custom packaging at ViCES Studio means structural and graphic design created in-house for your brand, then manufactured through an established worldwide supply chain that we source, sample and inspect on your behalf. We work across rigid boxes, folding cartons, corrugated mailers, retail bags, hangtags, labels, inserts and tissue, and we hand back a matched suite rather than one item at a time.
How we approach it
Most packaging briefs arrive as a shape problem and a brand problem at the same time: the product has to survive freight, sit correctly on a shelf or a table, and still read as the brand when a customer opens it. We start with construction — dieline, board weight, insert geometry, closure — and design the artwork into that structure instead of laying it over a stock box.
Finishing is where a packaging program earns its cost, so it is specified in writing before sourcing: gold and metallic foil stamping, blind or registered embossing and debossing, spot UV, soft-touch lamination, die-cutting and Pantone colour matching. You approve a physical sample against that specification before anything runs at volume, and the same specification travels with the job to the factory floor.
