Branded gifting and PR kit production
Branded gifting and PR kits are small-run, high-touch packages built to be opened on camera or handed over in person. ViCES Studio designs the box and its contents as one object — structure, insert, print, product and personalisation — then assembles, kits and ships to the recipient list so the unboxing is the same for every person on it.
How we approach it
A seeding kit is a production problem disguised as a design problem. The insert has to hold product still in transit, the box has to open in a way that reads on video, and the personalised element has to be right for each recipient. Those decisions are made together, at sample stage, rather than discovered during assembly.
Because these runs are small, the work sits in the details: wrapped rigid construction, ribbon pulls, foil and emboss on the lid, printed tissue, stickers and seals, handwritten or personalised notes, and a kitting sheet that maps contents to recipients before a single box is packed.
