ViCES Studio specialises in custom hospitality packaging for restaurants, hotels and venues: takeaway and dessert boxes, branded bags, printed food-service papers, PR kits and guest gifting. We also design retail and luxury-brand packaging. Design is created in-house in Toronto, with manufacturing facilitated through an established worldwide supply chain. A physical sample is approved before anything runs at volume, and most programs are delivered across the GTA, Canada and worldwide in four to eight weeks.

One packaging system, specified together
Most programs combine several pieces — a rigid box with a printed insert, a retail bag with a hangtag, a mailer with branded tissue. Because every piece is specified and sampled as one system, the box, bag, tag and insert share stock, colour and finish when they land in a customer's hands.
Rigid & luxury boxes
Magnetic-close, two-piece lid and base, drawer and collapsible rigid construction with wrapped specialty stock, ribbon pulls and foam or moulded pulp inserts.
Mailers & shippers
Corrugated mailers, shipper boxes and paper or poly mailers engineered for freight and printed inside and out for the unboxing.
Retail bags & totes
Rope-handle and euro-tote shopping bags matched to the box suite in stock, colour and finish.
Hangtags, labels & seals
Woven and printed hangtags, care and neck labels, product stickers, seals and branded tissue.
Inserts & structure
Foam, moulded pulp, corrugated and printed inserts that hold product in position through transit.
Print finishing
Gold and metallic foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, soft-touch lamination, die-cutting and Pantone colour matching.

Design happens in-house and stays close to the client, so the studio understands the Toronto market — the venues, the seasons, the audiences — while manufacturing is facilitated through an established global supply chain. - ViCES Studio is a branded packaging studio, not a box manufacturer. Structural and graphic design — dielines, construction drawings, colour specification and finishing — is created in-house and fully custom. Manufacturing is facilitated through an established worldwide supply chain that the studio sources, samples and inspects on your behalf, so nothing is an off-the-shelf catalogue item.
- Do you design custom packaging in Toronto?
- Yes. The studio is based in Toronto, where every packaging program is designed. Programs are delivered across the GTA — including Yorkville, King West, Queen West, the Distillery District, Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham — as well as Canada and worldwide.
- How much does custom packaging cost in Toronto?

- What are the minimum order quantities for custom packaging?
- Minimums depend on the construction and the factory. Small high-touch runs such as PR and gifting boxes are routine, and luxury gifting programs can run with no minimum. Larger retail packaging programs scale to full shelf volume.
- Do you provide a physical sample before production?
- Yes. A physical sample is produced and approved against the written specification before anything runs at volume, and that approved sample is the reference used for in-line and final inspection.
- How long does a custom packaging program take?
- Most programs run four to eight weeks from approved design through to delivery, depending on construction, decoration method and freight route. Rush timelines are possible depending on the product and route — the earlier the brief arrives, the more room there is to move.
- Can you deliver packaging to my store, warehouse or venue in Toronto?
- Yes. Freight, customs documentation and final delivery to the warehouse, store or venue are managed end to end, whether the destination is across the GTA, elsewhere in Canada or overseas.
- Can you produce packaging for brands outside Toronto?
- Yes. The studio is based in Toronto with a Miami presence and services clients worldwide, with manufacturing facilitated through an established global supply chain and freight, customs and delivery managed end to end.
- Can you design packaging if we have no artwork?
- Yes. The studio can start from a brief, a logo or nothing at all. Concepting, dielines, construction drawings and colour specification are created in-house before anything is sourced.
