Branded experiences and launch campaigns
A launch campaign at ViCES Studio combines the physical program — invitations, packaging, uniforms, merchandise, signage — with the event itself and the media around it. Instead of briefing a production supplier, an event team and a content team separately, one studio designs the objects, runs the room and captures the campaign.
How we approach it
Launches fail on coordination more often than on ideas. The invitation, the box the product arrives in, what staff wear on the night, the signage on the wall and the film that comes out afterwards all speak for the same brand, and they have to land on the same date. Sequencing long-lead production against a fixed event date is most of the job.
The studio also brings its own platforms into campaigns where they fit: the ViCES & Co. media team for campaign film, AI-assisted video and animation, ViCES Swim Week for runway, event and model or influencer talent, and Pretty Pace Walk Club Toronto for community sampling and activation in Toronto.

Questions
Experiences & launches: common questions
- What does a launch campaign include?
- Typically invitations, packaging and gifting, uniforms, merchandise and signage produced to the event date, plus event execution on the day and campaign film or content afterwards.
- Do you run the event as well as produce the items?
- Yes. Run of show, on-site build, staffing and handover are part of the program, so the objects and the room are managed by the same team.
- Can you provide models and influencers?
- Yes. Promotional models and influencer casting come through the ViCES Swim Week talent network, and community activation in Toronto runs through Pretty Pace Walk Club.
- Can you produce campaign film and video?
- Yes. Live-action shoots, product film, AI-assisted video and animation are produced through the ViCES & Co. media team and can be briefed alongside the physical program.
- How early should a launch be briefed?
- Most production runs four to eight weeks from approved design, so briefing two to three months before the event date leaves room for sampling and revisions on long-lead items.
