A uniform the front desk actually wants to wear
124 Queen Hotel & Spa needed staffwear that read as hospitality, not workwear. We built a ribbed cardigan program in house navy and cream with contrast tipping and an embroidered 124Q crest.

Goals
What the brief had to solve
- 01
Give guest-facing staff one recognizable silhouette across departments.
- 02
Match the hotel's navy and cream palette exactly, in yarn rather than print.
- 03
Hold shape and colour through repeated commercial laundering.
Process
How it was made
Brief
Walked the property and mapped which roles needed warmth, which needed movement and which needed a layer that looked finished on camera.
Design
Drew a ribbed cardigan with contrast tipping at the placket, collar and cuff so the two colourways sit as one family.
Crest
Digitized the 124Q mark for flat embroidery at chest scale, tested on both grounds for legibility.
Sampling
Ran knit and colour samples through our supply chain until the navy and cream matched the interior palette.
Production
Produced the full size run and delivered sorted by department.
