Batch Boys · Streetwear · 2024
Merch that sells instead of sitting
A headwear drop for Batch Boys designed to look like product on a shelf: loud enough to be worn out, finished well enough to be paid for.

Goals
What the brief had to solve
- 01
Make merchandise people buy rather than merchandise people are given.
- 02
Carry the bubble wordmark at full scale without distorting the crown.
- 03
Brand the hat from every angle, including the parts only the wearer sees.
Process
How it was made
Silhouette
Chose a distressed dad hat for softness and immediate wear-in.
Graphic
Ran the wordmark brim-to-body as a single screen print across the seam.
Detail
Added tonal navy star embroideries on the back panels for close-up reward.
Finish
Custom interior taping so the inside reads as considered as the outside.
