One hoodie, five decoration methods

KAF Food Supply wanted a piece that felt collected rather than printed. We layered enzyme wash, tatami patches, embroidery and multi-location screen prints on a single garment.

Challenge

What the brief had to solve

  • 01

Build depth no single decoration method can produce.

  • 02

Give the garment a worn-in hand straight out of the bag.

  • 03

Keep every application registered across chest, sleeve and back.

Approach

How it was made

01

Design

Mapped the graphic across chest, both sleeves and full back so the piece reads from every angle.

02

Applications

Combined tatami-stitch patches, custom embroideries and multi-location screen prints in one build.

03

Wash

Finished with a vintage enzyme wash to soften the hand and age the surface evenly.

04

Production

Produced through our supply chain with registration checks at every application stage.
