One cookie brand, one packaging system
Batch Boys was shipping in unbranded generics. We built a full suite so every touchpoint: counter, delivery, influencer seeding, read as one brand.

Goals
What the brief had to solve
- 01
Replace mixed generic packaging with a single recognisable red-and-cream system.
- 02
Create a seeding box designed to be filmed, not just opened.
- 03
Keep every format reorderable from one stock and print setup.
Process
How it was made
Audit
Mapped every format the brand actually used across retail, delivery and events.
System
Designed bag, sleeve, six-pack and influencer box off one palette and one type lockup.
Material
Specified 280gsm C1S with rope handles for weight and hand-feel on the bag.
Rollout
Staged production so retail formats landed before the influencer push.
Deliverables
