Goals

What the brief had to solve

  • 01

Put the capsule inside a working art environment rather than a pop-up shop.

  • 02

Give the room a visual code strong enough to read in every photo taken that night.

  • 03

Convert gallery traffic into on-site sell-through and a content library for the weeks after.

Process

How it was made

01

Concept

Built the night around the gallery itself: work on the walls, product hung on chain racks, an all-white dress code so the black headwear and packaging carried every frame.

02

Capsule

Designed in-house and produced through our global supply chain: tees, headwear, outerwear and jewellery, timed to land ahead of the week.

03

Install

Set the floor as a retail gallery, hanging rails, plinth-style tables, printed lookbooks and gold-lined presentation boxes as the display anchor.

04

Talent

Hosted and seeded through promotional models and influencers from the ViCES Swim Week funnel, dressed in capsule product all night.

05

Media

The ViCES & Co. media team shot the install, the product and the crowd, cutting social edits for release while the week was still running.

06

Sell-through

Sold the capsule on the floor and carried the remaining demand back to the online store.
